Leur motivation est parfois une simple conversion vers un combustible plus propre, mais la plupart du temps le GNL est per\u00e7u comme un moyen de d\u00e9velopper la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration \u00e9lectrique au gaz, au profit de r\u00e9gions \u00e9loign\u00e9es, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 un r\u00e9seau \u00e9lectrique haute tension coh\u00e9rent et stable n&rsquo;est pas encore accessible. Les projets d&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification \u00e0 base de GNL peuvent \u00eatre de toutes tailles et de tous budgets, avec des actifs propres ou lou\u00e9s, sur une base temporaire ou permanente.<br \/>Conditionn\u00e9 sous n&rsquo;importe quelle quantit\u00e9, et transport\u00e9 par chemin de fer, par barge ou par camion, le GNL peut \u00e9galement alimenter d&rsquo;autres installations industrielles, telles que les fours, les usines d\u2019engrais, ou les autres infrastructures utilisant la vapeur.<\/p>\n<p>Directement accessible depuis la mer, le GNL est aussi parfois consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme une source alternative et plus s\u00fbre d\u2019approvisionnement en \u00e9nergie, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 les livraisons par pipeline sont devenues intermittentes, ou soumises \u00e0 des obstacles politiques.<br \/>La flexibilit\u00e9 inh\u00e9rente du GNL pour tous les types de projets \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques a d\u00e9clench\u00e9 au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie un int\u00e9r\u00eat soutenu pour ce type de carburant liquide, en particulier lorsqu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un besoin de d\u00e9veloppement r\u00e9gional rapide.<\/p>\n<p>En cons\u00e9quence, un nombre croissant d\u2019acteurs dans le domaine de l&rsquo;\u00e9nergie recherchent une assistance pour le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs projets GNL.
